Purpose These Rules govern access to and use of AzfaltTV’s studio resources, facilities, and services. They are designed to protect AzfaltTV’s proprietary processes, IP, data, clients, vendors, and staff while ensuring high-quality, reliable service delivery to independent artists and indie labels nationwide.
Scope Applies to all users, including clients, contractors, and third-party collaborators who access AzfaltTV studios, equipment, software, or services, whether on-site or remote.
All deliverables produced using AzfaltTV resources remain the sole property of AzfaltTV or the client as defined in the applicable service agreement, subject to license terms and rights-of-use herein.
Users must use assigned credentials and may not share access details. Loss or compromise must be reported immediately to privacy@azfalttv.com.
Users must handle all equipment, software, and devices with care, follow safety guidelines, and refrain from installing unauthorized software or altering system configurations.
Do not store, copy, or transfer client data to personal devices or unapproved services. Any data transfers require prior written approval from AzfaltTV’s administration.
Users must protect confidential information, trade secrets, client materials, and internal processes. Disclosure outside AzfaltTV requires written authorization.
Users must comply with all applicable laws, industry standards, and internal policies, including health and safety protocols.
The following are strictly forbidden unless expressly authorized in writing by AzfaltTV:
Any security incident, policy breach, or data loss must be reported immediately to privacy@azfalttv.com and support@azfalttv.com. AzfaltTV will investigate and, if necessary, take corrective action, including remediation and notifications as required by law.
AzfaltTV reserves the right to grant, modify, suspend, or revoke access at any time for security, safety, or proven policy violations.
Any applicable fees for studio use, equipment rental, or service surcharges are defined in the current pricing schedule and service agreements.
Violations of these Rules may result in termination of access, with potential legal remedies as allowed by applicable law and contract.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law Any disputes arising under or related to these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, with disputes resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as stipulated in the service agreement.
Changes to Rules AzfaltTV may amend these Rules at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and staff and will take effect upon posting. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance.
